By accessing or using Flawsync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Flawsync is a bug tracking and defect management platform that enables software teams to report, track, and resolve bugs. The Service includes workspace management, tester collaboration, video recording of bugs, and attachment support.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Flawsync offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will require an active subscription to continue accessing paid features. We reserve the right to modify or terminate trial offers at any time.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems; (d) resell or sublicense the Service without written permission.
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content created by Flawsync, is owned by Flawsync and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flawsync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
