Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Flawsync, we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By subscribing to Flawsync, you agree to this policy.


2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Flawsync for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at flawsyncteam@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date with the subject line "Refund Request".


3. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day satisfaction guarantee period has passed, all payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.


4. Pro-Rated Credit for Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your subscription plan after the 7-day period, you will not receive a cash refund. However, we will apply a pro-rated credit to your account for the remaining unused value of your current billing cycle. This credit will be automatically applied toward your next billing charge.


5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plan purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel an annual subscription after the 7-day window, your account will remain active until the end of the paid period — we do not provide pro-rated cash refunds for annual plans.


6. Free Trial

If your subscription includes a free trial period, charges only begin after the trial ends. Cancelling during the trial period will not result in any charges. The 7-day refund window begins on the date of your first charge, not the start of the trial.


7. Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests outside the standard policy on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages directly caused by Flawsync, duplicate charges due to billing error). Contact flawsyncteam@gmail.com with documentation of the issue.


8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting flawsyncteam@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for charges already made outside the 7-day window. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.


9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day window, please: 1. Email flawsyncteam@gmail.com with the subject: "Refund Request" 2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase. 3. Briefly describe the reason for your request. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
